Description
The Colonial Theater in Phoenixville first opened in 1903. The theater is known to area residents for it's part in the 1957 Movie The Blob starring Steve McQueen. Each year the town holds it's annual Blob-Fest to celebrate the movie, including a recreation of the run out scene from the movie.
